The nose opens with pronounced Saaz hop character: earthy and herbal tones blend seamlessly with delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of lime zest reminiscent of green tea. Beneath the hops lies the decocted malt foundation—soft biscuit, cracker, and bread crust emerge without dominance, providing backbone rather than showiness. The balance is refined and integrated.

The palate is soft and full-bodied for its modest strength, with the malt character unfolding as gentle biscuit and bread notes.
