Fresh presents a hazy golden-yellow body with soft turbidity characteristic of the New England IPA style. The head is persistent and creamy, with fine lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, lending a gentle liveliness without aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus notes—grapefruit and orange peel from Citra hops—layered over tropical fruit from Mosaic: mango, passion fruit, and a subtle berry character. A lightly sweet, soft malt foundation sits beneath, adding body without heaviness to the aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate is soft and silky, with the hop character delivered cleanly and without harsh bitterness. Citra and Mosaic work in concert to deliver citrus and stone fruit flavors that flow smoothly across the mid-palate. The malt provides gentle sweetness and roundness, balancing the firm hop load with restraint.

◑ Finish

The finish is round and gentle, trailing off with lingering citrus and fruit notes rather than a dry bite. The aftertaste remains smooth and approachable, inviting another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
