AI-generated sensory profile for Dancing Man Wheat

◎ Appearance

A pale golden haze dominates the glass, characteristic of an unfiltered Hefeweizen. The natural bottle fermentation creates a dense, creamy head with excellent retention and fine Schaumkleiden down the sides. Bright effervescence rises continuously through the cloudy body.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with soft wheat and the characteristic clove-forward spice, followed by a delicate sweetness that balances the yeast phenolics. Mid-palate shows banana and stone fruit notes with a crisp, clean mouthfeel. Low bitterness (14 IBU) allows the malt sweetness and yeast character to remain the focal point, creating a refreshing, lightly fruity finish.

Slightly warmer than a lager — 8–12°C allows the banana and clove esters from the yeast to fully develop.

Weizen glass

Tall and narrow at the base, flaring at the top — designed to hold the abundant foam of a wheat beer while showcasing its hazy golden body.

Best fresh. The yeast-driven banana and clove character fades over time. Drink within 4 months.
