◎ Appearance

A pale golden hue with hazy clarity from its unfiltered character. The natural carbonation produces a creamy, persistent head with good retention and fine lacing down the glass. The cloudiness is derived from yeast sediment, imparting a soft visual warmth typical of naturally carbonated ales.

Serve at 7–10°C

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.

Pint glass
