Deep mahogany brown with substantial ruby highlights when held to light. The body shows good clarity with minimal haze. A dense, tan head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine lacing as you drink.

The nose opens with roasted malt and dark chocolate, followed by distinct coffee notes from the grain bill. Stone fruit esters—peach and subtle melon—emerge beneath, with a whisper of almond and hazelnut in the background. A gentle noble hop presence rounds out the bouquet without overshadowing the malt.

Entry is smooth and sessionable, with chocolate and coffee dominating the mid-palate. A pleasant nuttiness weaves through, balanced by the subtle peach character. The finish turns notably dry with a light, clean bitterness and lingering hoppy notes that prevent sweetness from building.
