◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a hazy, opaque body characteristic of the style. The head is modest but persistent, with fine white foam that leaves delicate lacing on the glass. Carbonation appears gentle and well-integrated, creating a soft, pillowy presentation.

◌ Aroma

Tropical fruit dominates the nose—ripe mango, papaya, and citrus zest—layered over stone fruit notes of peach and apricot. Beneath the fruit sits a soft, bready Malz character from the oat and wheat base, with only subtle herbal Edelhopfen undertones. The overall impression is fruity and approachable rather than aggressively bitter or grassy.

◐ Taste

The palate enters smooth and creamy, with the oat-wheat body providing a soft, almost silken mouthfeel. Tropical and stone-fruit flavours persist through the mid-palate, accompanied by a gentle sweetness that balances mild bitterness in the background. The finish is clean and dry, with lingering stone-fruit notes and a whisper of gentle hop bitterness that never overwhelms.

◑ Finish

The aftertaste is medium in length, fading smoothly without harshness. A faint mineral dryness and distant peach linger pleasantly on the palate.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
