Hazy golden-yellow body with a fine, persistent white head that clings softly to the glass. The cloudiness from yeast suspension is moderate and uniform throughout. Carbonation appears moderate, with steady streams of small bubbles rising through the pale, opaque liquid.

◌ Aroma

Bright and inviting bouquet led by Nelson Sauvin's distinctive stone fruit and white wine notes, interwoven with Motueka's citrus zest and herbal minerality. Subtle tropical undertones of passionfruit and guava emerge from the mid-palate layer, while Chinook adds a gentle earthiness without dominating the profile. Clean yeast fermentation allows the hoppy aromatics to shine without obstruction.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and velvety, with the mouthfeel staying creamy and approachable despite the substantial hop charge. Nelson Sauvin and Motueka deliver layered fruit and citrus complexity—white grape, orange peel, and herbal notes—while Chinook provides a restrained earthiness that frames rather than sharpens the finish. Bitterness remains low and integrated, never harsh, allowing the fruit-forward character to remain the focal point throughout.

The finish fades smoothly and quickly, leaving a dry, citrus-edged aftertaste with lingering stone fruit notes. No astringency or sharp edges remain.
