◌ Aroma

The nose displays a vibrant hop character dominated by citrus and resinous cedar notes. Motueka, Simcoe and Citra hops work in concert to release candied orange, subtle floral undertones, and a piney backbone that evokes forest floor and green plant matter. Malt presence is restrained, allowing the Edelhopfen to occupy the foreground without distraction.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and dry, with balanced bitterness that builds steadily across the mid-palate without becoming harsh or astringent. Flavors of candied orange and cherry notes emerge alongside resinous hop oils, creating layered complexity. The 60 IBU bitterness remains pleasantly lingering rather than aggressive, while the 6% ABV keeps the body light and refreshing throughout.
