A pale golden hue with excellent clarity, bright and luminous in the glass. The head forms with modest density and maintains clean, fine lacing along the sides. Carbonation is visible as a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

Citra hops dominate the nose with citrus notes—hints of grapefruit zest and light orange peel—layered beneath a gentle noble-hop character that adds floral undertones. A soft bready foundation from the Malz provides balance, with no sharp or aggressive elements.

◐ Taste

Clean entry with crisp malt sweetness that segues smoothly into a hoppy mid-palate. The Citra brings citric brightness while the Edelhopfen offers subtle spice; bitterness is moderate and integrated rather than assertive at 22 IBU. The finish is dry and refreshing, with lingering citrus and a gentle malty undertone.
