Intense hop aroma from cold hopping meets the fruity taste of top-fermenting yeast and a pleasant bitter finish on top of the tongue. Five types of malt give this IPA its amber colour, and three hop varieties go into the boil. In the lagering tank it matures for three weeks with American aroma hops added, a method known as cold hopping.
