◐ Taste

The palate opens with bright, clean tartness and citric acidity that builds through the mid-palate, balanced by a modest honey-derived sweetness and the refined bitterness of Saaz hops. Flaked corn and spelt provide a light, grainy foundation with delicate white-pepper spice, while the wine barrel contact contributes subtle tannin structure and dry complexity. The beer drinks crisp and refreshing despite its 8% alcohol, which remains well-integrated.

◑ Finish

The finish is long and dry, with lingering citrus and subtle herbal notes fading gracefully into a mineral-like dryness. A gentle tartness persists on the palate, leaving the mouth refreshed rather than fatigued.
