The nose opens with an immediate burst of zesty citrus notes from the Citra and El Dorado hops, quickly followed by stone fruit aromatics—ripe peach and mango lead, with hints of pear developing behind. The lager fermentation keeps the profile remarkably clean, allowing the hop character to shine without any yeast-derived esters or off-notes clouding the picture.

The palate enters lean and refreshing, with the malt backbone providing just enough structure to anchor the hop-driven character without sweetness. Citrus, peach, and stone fruit notes dominate the mid-palate, supported by Galaxy hop's subtle resinous quality.
