Bound By Honour presents a pale golden hue with a soft, inviting haze throughout the body. The slight cloudiness speaks to the ale's unfiltered character, while a modest white head forms quickly and settles into a fine collar of lacing that clings gently to the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical fruit—leading with Galaxy hop notes of passion fruit and guava. Motueka and Wai-iti contribute brighter citrus notes and a subtle stone-fruit character of fresh peach. Beneath lies a clean, neutral malt foundation that allows the aromatic hops to command the sensory experience.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with a light body that emphasizes the hop-forward character. The mid-palate balances flavours of fresh lime zest, peach stone, and passion fruit pulp with a subtle bitterness that arrives as a gentle grip rather than an aggressive bite. The finish remains clean and dry without astringency.

◑ Finish

The aftertaste is short and crisp, with lingering citrus and tropical notes fading into a clean, refreshing dryness. The modest 4% ABV ensures no alcohol warmth, leaving only a light and inviting impression.
