Yeti presents a deep, opaque black color with minimal light penetration, characteristic of a well-crafted imperial stout. A thick, creamy tan head forms and dissipates slowly, leaving substantial lacing on the glass. The beer displays excellent head retention and a smooth, tight carbonation pattern.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by rich roasted malt and dark chocolate notes with subtle coffee undertones adding complexity. Behind these primary aromas lies a warming alcohol presence that doesn't overpower but rather complements the deep, malty character. The hop profile remains restrained, allowing the dark malt complexity to shine.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with bold roasted and chocolate flavors that immediately establish the beer's full-bodied character. The mid-palate reveals balanced bitterness from the 75 IBUs, tempered by creamy mouthfeel and underlying coffee notes that enhance the overall complexity. The 9.2% ABV provides warming alcohol characteristics without harsh alcohol bite, creating a sophisticated and well-integrated finish.

The finish is long and warming with lingering roasted and chocolate notes that persist on the palate. A subtle bitterness remains without becoming astringent, while the alcohol warmth gently fades, leaving a satisfying aftertaste.
