Black Diamond
A Welsh porter first brewed for the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, which explains the name. Five different coloured malts go into the mash and shape the flavour: dark chocolate, liquorice and coffee over a malty base, with hopping the brewery itself calls subtle. The body is full for a beer of this strength. On cask it is a seasonal product for the colder months, while the packaged version stays in the range all year.

Serve at 10–13°C. Too cold mutes the roasted complexity that makes a good porter worth drinking slowly.
The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink within 6–12 months for best results. Baltic Porters can be aged longer.
