◎ Appearance

Light golden to pale amber hue with excellent clarity and bright translucence. A dense, persistent white head forms on the pour and maintains good Schaumhaftung throughout the glass. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, visible as fine streams rising through the liquid.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by citrus and pine characteristics typical of American noble hops, with bright grapefruit and lemon zest in the foreground. Beneath the hop intensity lies a subtle tropical fruit undertone—hints of mango and peach—while the underlying Malz provides a clean, neutral base that does not compete. Alcohol warmth is present but restrained, adding depth without aggression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with bold, assertive hop bitterness that builds from the entry through the mid-palate, supported by a dry, lean malt structure. Citrus and pine flavors dominate the front and middle, with secondary notes of orange and grapefruit adding complexity. The 10% ABV is remarkably well-concealed, delivering fullness and slight warmth without obvious ethanol character; the beer drinks smoother than its strength suggests.

The finish is dry and lingering, with hop bitterness persisting for several minutes. The aftertaste evolves from citrus brightness into a clean, slightly piney fade with a subtle warming alcohol note that does not become harsh.
