A bright, pale golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation. The head forms quickly and displays solid retention, settling into a thin lace around the glass that clings persistently to the sides.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with gentle biscuit and cereal notes from the pale malt backbone, underpinned by a light sweetness characteristic of Cara Gold. Soft citrus from the Opus hop floats over an earthy, herbal undertone courtesy of Target, creating a balanced and inviting bouquet without aggression.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and crisp with an understated malt sweetness and subtle biscuit character on the mid-palate. Target delivers a dry, earthy bitterness that integrates seamlessly rather than dominating, while Opus contributes a whisper of citrus that prevents the beer from becoming one-dimensional. The palate remains light and dry throughout.

The finish is refreshing and short to medium, leaving a lingering dry impression without harshness. The aftertaste settles into a faint herbal and grain dryness that invites the next sip.
