The Gräfenberger Weisse is the only top-fermented beer in the Friedmann range, a cloudy, unfiltered Hefeweizen with a honey to orange colour. The wheat-beer yeast brings banana and a light clove spice to the nose, joined by fruity notes and fresh bread. The body is full and soft with a gentle tartness in the middle, and the finish is carried by fruit and yeast rather than by bitterness.
