🌍 United States · West Coast Pilsner · One of 9 West Coast Pilsners in hopIQ

Fresh Hop Timbo is the harvest-season version of Timbo Pils, released in autumn 2025 and again in 2026. It keeps the frame of a crisp German-style pilsner with the hop intensity of a West Coast IPA, but the Mosaic and Citra arrive as freshly harvested cryo hops. The pairing gives juicy notes of orange, grapefruit and mango with a green, resinous edge from the fresh hops, set against a clean pale malt base and a dry, snappy finish at 5.8 percent.

How to get the most out of Fresh Hop Timbo

Serve at 4–7°C
Refrigerate, then rest 2 min

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C for maximum crispness. A pilsner served too warm loses its defining snap.

Recommended for this style

The tall, narrow pilsner glass preserves carbonation and showcases the golden clarity that defines the style.

Drink fresh and cold. Pilsners do not improve with age — within 3 months of packaging is ideal.
