◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a pronounced hazy veil from suspended yeast and wheat proteins. A dense, cream-colored head forms readily and maintains good adhesion to the glass. Effervescence is brisk and sustained, characteristic of a well-conditioned imperial IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by ripe tropical fruit—mango, passionfruit, and papaya—layered with bright citrus notes of orange zest and grapefruit. Beneath these lies a subtle grainy sweetness from the wheat and oat malt base. The Citra, Galaxy, and Strata hops deliver a clean, juicy character without harsh herbal edges.

◐ Taste

Entry is full and creamy on the palate, with wheat and oat contributing body and a soft mouthfeel. Mid-palate develops tropical and citrus flavors in concert with moderate bitterness at 50 IBU—enough to balance sweetness without dominating. The 8.6% ABV is present as warmth but remains well-integrated, adding weight rather than sharp alcohol burn.

◑ Finish

The finish is crisp and refreshing, with lingering citrus and tropical notes fading gradually. A gentle drying sensation persists on the palate without astringency.
