Wild Mountain: Nectarine

Tap to rate

Shockingly aromatic, sweet and funky. Wild Mountain: Nectarine is a 5.9% ABV mixed culture saison brewed with nectarines and vanilla bean, with Mosaic, Strata and Wai-iti hops and a yeast blend of Amalgamation and Lacto Brevis over Pilz, white wheat and flaked wheat. The brewers carried a pint up Saddle Mountain to have it blessed by the sunrise on the shortest day of the year.
