Peaches, Peaches, Peaches, Peaches, Peaches

Tap to rate

A terrifically peachy beer. This 5.8% ABV mixed culture saison spent two years in oak barrels and was conditioned on peaches, two pounds per barrel, with Mosaic, Strata and Wai-iti hops over Weyermann Pils, white wheat and flaked wheat. The brewers tended and monitored it for over two years, serenading the delicate yeasts with encouragement. It is, they say, for their one and only true love, peaches.
