◎ Appearance

A pale, bright golden lager with exceptional clarity and a fine white head that settles into a thin, persistent collar. The carbonation appears lively but restrained, creating a gentle bead that rises steadily through the glass. The color sits at the pale end of the Helles spectrum—light straw with almost no amber inflection.

◌ Aroma

The nose is understated and clean, leading with soft, biscuity Malz notes that suggest light pilsner or pale base malt. A whisper of noble hop character emerges underneath—floral and herbal without assertiveness. There is no fruity ester or sulfur; the overall impression is one of simplicity and restraint, inviting you to smell it again rather than announce itself.

The palate enters soft and rounded, with a gentle sweetness from the grain that never tips into cloying. Mid-palate the Malz character expands, delivering a subtle bread-like depth, while a quiet but perceptible hop bitterness arrives to frame the malt and keep the beer from becoming flat. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, with no harsh edges or astringency—the beer feels comfortable rather than challenging.
