The beer maintains a dense, white head that persists well, indicating proper carbonation and fresh condition. The visual presentation is clean and inviting, characteristic of well-crafted West Coast IPAs.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately dominated by assertive American hop aromatics, with vibrant citrus notes—particularly grapefruit—mingling with prominent pine and resinous undertones. English hop influence adds subtle floral and herbal complexity that prevents the aroma from becoming one-dimensional. A clean malt base peeks through, providing a subtle biscuit sweetness that balances the aggressive hop character.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a crisp, dry entry that immediately showcases the beer's bold hop character—pine, resin, and citrus flavors coat the mouth seamlessly. The mid-palate reveals a rich, smooth malt presence that provides excellent balance and drinkability despite the assertive 65 IBU bitterness. The bitterness builds steadily through the finish, displaying impressive complexity and refinement.

The finish is notably clean and dry, with a lingering bitter aftertaste that persists pleasantly without becoming harsh or astringent. The resinous, herbal notes linger gracefully, inviting another sip and demonstrating the beer's exceptional drinkability despite its assertive profile.
