◎ Appearance

Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and a bright, white head that forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation is crisp and visible, creating a lively visual presence that reflects the beer's assertive character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus—grapefruit and tangerine dominate, followed by tropical pineapple notes. Beneath the fruit sits a pronounced resinous pine character with hints of stone fruit, creating a complex and layered aromatic profile typical of West Coast IPA tradition.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and bitter, with citrus flavors building immediately across the palate. The pale and crystal malt backbone provides a firm, slightly sweet foundation that balances the aggressive bitterness without becoming cloying. Mid-palate sustains the resinous, piney character alongside lingering tropical fruit.

◑ Finish

The finish is long, dry, and unapologetically bitter, with hop bitterness persisting well into the aftertaste. Stone fruit and pine linger as the sweetness fades, leaving a clean, mineral-like dryness on the palate.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
