Pivo presents a pale straw color with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head forms with moderate density and exhibits fine, persistent lacing that clings to the glass as the level drops. Carbonation is evident and consistent throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced floral and spicy herbal character from the Saphir dry hop, complemented by delicate lemongrass and subtle bergamot zest. Beneath these aromatic layers lies a refined malt foundation—lightly toasted, clean, and restrained. The overall bouquet is refined and inviting without being forceful.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and bright, with the dry-hop character providing herbal and citrus notes across the palate. The malt contributes a light toasted sweetness that balances the firm Magnum bitterness, which is clean and well-integrated rather than sharp. The middle carries the spice and floral elements smoothly before transitioning to a dry, hop-driven finish.

The finish is crisp and decisively dry, with lingering herbal and slight floral notes fading cleanly. Bitterness recedes gradually, leaving only a pleasant, thirst-quenching dryness on the palate.
