Original Gravity Hoppy Lager

Tap to rate

Created in 2021 for the series that marked ten years of brewing at Eight Degrees, this lager sets a clean, pale base of Irish lager malt and Carapils against a blend of noble and New World hops: Lublin and Hallertau Tradition in the kettle, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria in the dry hop. Light straw yellow with fine bubbles from natural carbonation under pressure, it smells of fresh citrus, lime blossom and lemon balm. The palate is clean and crisp, with herbal mint leaf and zippy lime, and the finish is lean and cool.
