◎ Appearance

Pale straw-gold in the glass, bright and clear with excellent transparency. A dense, fine-grained head forms and maintains good retention, leaving delicate lacing on the sides of the glass. The lively carbonation is visible as a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with the signature floral and herbal character of the noble hop blend—Hallertauer Herkules, Tradition, and Spalter Select weave together into a soft, refined expression. Citrus notes of lemon peel emerge from underneath, while a clean backdrop of fresh bread and grain provides grounding. The overall impression is delicate and herbaceous rather than assertive.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and slightly grainy, with a lean malt foundation that supports the hop profile without heaviness. Mid-palate reveals the herbal and citrus dimension carried from the aroma, balanced by a bready sweetness that never becomes cloying. The 20 IBU dry hopping imparts a crisp, mineral-like bitterness that keeps the palate refreshed.

◑ Finish

The finish is short to medium in length, clean and drying on the palate. A lingering herbal note and subtle citrus fade into a refreshingly bitter aftertaste.
