Kristall-Weizen
Aromas of citrus fruit and summer meadow lead, with ripe exotic fruit on the palate and gently but steadily rising carbonation under a fine-pored, stable head. Pale yellow and crystal clear. Brewmaster Wilhelm Zeitler first brewed this wheat beer at Farny in 1924; the new style was first called Champagne Wheat, until the name became protected under EU law.
