◎ Appearance

Leyenda presents a bright copper hue with excellent clarity and fine sediment-free transparency. A dense, cream-colored head builds quickly and clings persistently to the glass walls, leaving defined lacing as the beer is consumed. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, supporting a steady visual presence throughout the tasting.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with noble hop character—a restrained floral and herbal quality typical of traditional European varieties. Underneath sits a prominent caramel sweetness with biscuit undertones, evoking warm toast and light toffee. A subtle, clean malt backdrop supports these notes without any sharp or oxidized edges; the overall impression is balanced and inviting.

◐ Taste

On entry, caramel malt sweetness dominates with a soft, bready character that fills the mid-palate smoothly. Cascade and Magnum hops introduce a measured bitterness that builds gradually, finishing with a dry, hoppy bite. The body remains moderate and easy-drinking, never heavy, while the interplay between malt sweetness and hop bitterness remains harmonious throughout.
