◐ Taste

The palate delivers a smooth, malty entry dominated by bread-crust and cracker notes, with supporting sweetness from the Dextrin malt lending body and richness. Mid-palate evolves to show nutty complexity and a gentle caramel undertone. Perle hops contribute a refined, restrained bitterness that builds gradually toward the finish, balancing the malt sweetness without overwhelming it.
