The nose is restrained and elegant, presenting a soft floral hop character that sits gently over a clean grain foundation. No aggressive aromatics push forward; instead, the profile remains subtle and balanced, allowing the mineral character of the spring water to play a supporting role in the overall bouquet.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a slightly bready, grainy malt entry that provides a modest sweetness and soft texture. Through the mid-palate, delicate floral hop notes weave through without assertiveness, while bitterness remains intentionally low and well-integrated. The slim body is supported by a clean, mineral backbone from the soft spring water, keeping the beer crisp and refreshing rather than thin.
