◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a soft haze throughout the body, characteristic of the style. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Bright carbonation rises steadily, creating an inviting and appetizing visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe mango and stone fruit, layered with orange zest and subtle pine resin from the noble hops. Beneath these bright tropical notes sits a soft, creamy undertone that rounds the aromatic profile without heaviness. The overall impression is fruit-forward and juicy, with restrained herbal complexity.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and silky on the palate, with immediate tropical fruit and citrus flavors that meld with a mild piney hop character. The mid-palate remains creamy and balanced, the medium bitterness arriving smoothly rather than assertively. Finish is clean and refreshing, the beer's lower alcohol allowing all elements to integrate without warmth or astringency.

The aftertaste fades with lingering orange and subtle pine, pleasant rather than aggressive. Refreshing and dry enough to invite another sip without cloying.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
