◎ Appearance

Bodhi presents a brilliant golden amber hue with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. A dense, persistent white head forms on the pour and clings to the glass throughout the drinking experience. The carbonation appears lively and well-integrated, creating fine bubbles that maintain excellent retention.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by assertive resinous pine and citrus notes from the Centennial and Simcoe hops, with distinct grapefruit and tropical fruit undertones. A peppery spice emerges on closer inspection, adding complexity and hinting at the beer's considerable hop presence. The malt backbone provides subtle sweetness without overshadowing the aggressive aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with bold hoppy bitterness that immediately commands attention, balanced by a surprisingly smooth, full-bodied malt foundation. Mid-palate reveals layered citrus and pine notes with persistent resin character and a subtle spicy kick from the hops. The finish builds progressively dry with lingering bitterness that extends gracefully without becoming harsh.

◑ Finish

A long, dry finish with pronounced hop-derived bitterness and subtle piney resin notes that persist on the palate. The aftertaste remains clean and slightly peppery, inviting another sip without any harsh alcohol burn despite the 8.3% ABV.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
