◎ Appearance

Displays a bright, pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a well-defined white head that persists throughout the tasting. Vibrant carbonation is evident with steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the glass, creating an inviting and fresh presentation typical of well-crafted American IPAs.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with prominent Centennial hop character, delivering a striking citrus peel quality that dominates the aroma profile. Pine and floral notes layer beneath, creating a classic American IPA bouquet with clean, crisp hop aromatics and minimal malt character—a straightforward and welcoming introduction.

◐ Taste

The palate is crisp and immediately hoppy, with bright citrus and grapefruit flavors taking center stage alongside subtle pine notes. Medium-bodied with a clean malt foundation supporting the hop complexity, the beer maintains excellent drinkability while delivering a firm, well-balanced 65 IBU bitterness that builds through the mid-palate without becoming harsh or astringent.

The finish is refreshingly dry and clean, with lingering hop bitterness that fades to a pleasant grain character without any cloying sweetness. A classic, no-nonsense conclusion that reinforces the beer's everyday drinkability and broad appeal.
