🌍 Spain · Pumpkin Ale · One of 15 Pumpkin Ales in hopIQ

Rabosa is the Valencian word for the fox, which the brewery says still prowls the orchards around its site in Altea. This autumn seasonal is brewed with pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. It pours deep orange amber with a creamy, lasting ivory head. The nose brings roasted pumpkin, baking spice and hints of freshly baked sponge cake and caramel. Medium-bodied and smooth, it tastes much like a traditional harvest pie, with malt sweetness balanced by the spices and a subtle, clean bitterness at the end.
