Our House

Tap to rate

Pale straw extra pale ale with delicate citrus, tropical fruit and pine on the nose and a soft, clean palate that finishes crisp. It was built to stay affordable: a lower-strength aromatic pale for tough financial times, and each Castle Rock pub got its own pump clip for it as its house pale. Citra leaf goes into the hopback, Ekuanot into the fermenter at 2 g/l, and calcium chloride rounds the mouthfeel. Cask, 3.4 %.
