DDH Pale: Citra
Thick, hazy, deep straw pale ale with a citrus-zest nose and tropical fruit on the palate: grapefruit, orange, mango and lychee. Citra goes in as leaf and pellets, double dry hopped, over pale malt, torrefied wheat and oats for a smooth oaty body and a classic, present bitterness. Brewed with Attic, who call it probably the best beer the two have made together. SIBA Midlands Gold for Keg Pales in 2024. Vegan, 5.0 %.
