🌍 Australia · Australian Lager · One of 22 Australian Lagers in hopIQ

The full-strength counterpart to Premium Light, rebuilt in 2015 on all-Tasmanian ingredients: local barley and Summer hops in place of the imported Hersbrucker used before. Long, cool lagering leaves a clear, deep gold beer with a rounded malt body. The hop character reads as spicy and lightly herbal with a faint fruit note behind it, and the bitterness stays soft and short rather than drying the finish out.
