🌍 Australia · Australian Lager · One of 22 Australian Lagers in hopIQ

Brewed for Cascade's two hundredth year and the first release in more than a decade aimed beyond Tasmania. It pours bright gold and carries a light citrus hop aroma over a rounded malt body, with lemon peel and a soft grain sweetness through the middle. Bitterness stays low and the finish is crisp and clean without lingering. Water off kunanyi / Mount Wellington and Tasmanian malt and hops make up the recipe.
