◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent lemon and citrus notes, lifted by the lemongrass adjunct that provides a fresh, herbal brightness. Edible hop character emerges beneath—floral and slightly piney from the Loral, Amarillo, and Centennial blend—with a gentle spice undertone. Clean and inviting, the aroma carries no fermentation esters or solvent notes, allowing the citrus and hop profile to shine clearly.

◐ Taste

The palate opens crisp and clean, with immediate citrus impact balanced by gentle bitterness that builds across the mid-palate without harshness. The 60 IBU bitterness is well-integrated, supporting rather than dominating the lemony, slightly spicy character. At 7% ABV, the beer remains light-bodied and refreshing, with a subtle tropical fruit undertone from the hop selection and a dry, mineral quality that emphasizes drinkability.

Serve at 8–11°C

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
