Tap to rate

Soft-spicy and fruity, this light-amber ale follows the old recipe of the Mechelen beer once known as 'Mechelschen Bruynen'. Tradition dates the base recipe to 1421, which makes Ambrio the oldest beer the brewery still brews. Top-fermented, re-fermented in the bottle, 8% strong and made with Belgian hops only.
