Egger Wälder

Tap to rate

Easy-drinking and full-bodied, mild and malty with grainy, spicy notes and a pleasant mouthfeel from natural fermentation carbonation. It comes in a smaller and a larger bottle, the larger one sold as Spezial, and is also available in kegs and festival tanks. Brewed in Egg with decoction mashing and spring water from the Winterstaude, and never flash-pasteurised. Musician Jodok Lingg even dedicated a polka to it.
