La Blanche presents the classic hazy, pale straw appearance characteristic of traditional witbiers, with a luminous quality that invites the eye. A thick, white head forms naturally from the bottle or tap, demonstrating excellent carbonation and retention. The cloudy suspension of yeast particles is a defining feature, creating that distinctive milky-white aesthetic.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus notes, predominantly orange peel, complemented by delicate spice character from coriander and other witbier aromatics. Subtle floral and herbal undertones emerge beneath, with a clean wheat base providing the foundation. The yeast esters contribute soft, slightly fruity notes that enhance the beer's refreshing character without overwhelming the delicate balance.

◐ Taste

Entry is light and crisp with immediate citrus flavors of orange peel dominating the mid-palate, followed by subtle spice complexity from coriander and wheat grain sweetness. The palate remains remarkably smooth and refreshing, with low bitterness (15 IBU) allowing the delicate spice and citrus notes to shine through without harsh edges. The effervescent mouthfeel adds liveliness, creating an engaging drinking experience.

The finish is clean and dry, allowing the citrus and spice notes to fade gracefully without lingering harshness. A gentle, refreshing aftertaste persists, inviting another sip and exemplifying the beer's sessionable nature.

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.
