◎ Appearance

Pale golden with a slight haze characteristic of the New England style. The head forms generously and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, creating a soft, pillowy visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit—ripe papaya and passionfruit dominate, supported by bright citrus notes. Beneath the fruit, soft wheat and oat malts provide a gentle cereal foundation. Simcoe and Idaho 7 contribute herbal and floral undertones without aggressive dankness, creating an inviting and balanced aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with lush tropical fruit character that fills the mouth generously. The wheat and oat adjuncts deliver a smooth, creamy texture that rounds the mouthfeel. Bitterness remains restrained at 45 IBU, allowing fruit and soft malts to remain prominent; a subtle peach note emerges mid-palate before transitioning into a clean, refreshing finish.

The finish is clean and dry without harshness, with tropical and citrus notes fading gracefully. No lingering bitterness or astringency remains—instead, a light, refreshing aftertaste encourages the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
