The nose opens with prominent wheat and banana esters typical of Belgian yeast fermentation, complemented by distinctive spice notes. Orange peel and coriander aromatics provide a bright, citrusy character that frames the classic clove and spice undertones beautifully. The overall bouquet is refreshing and approachable, balancing traditional witbier spicing with subtle Italian craft sensibilities.

The palate opens with soft wheat notes and a creamy mouthfeel that leads into pronounced banana and citrus flavors.
