◌ Aroma

The nose presents restrained but clear roasted malt character—coffee grounds, cocoa, and a subtle burnt edge without harshness. Noble hops contribute a light herbal and earthy undertone. A faint mineral note emerges beneath, balanced by a dry, slightly peppery quality from the yeast.

◐ Taste

The palate opens crisp and lean, with pronounced roasted grain bitterness that builds steadily through the mid-palate. There is minimal residual sweetness—the Malz provides body and a drying, slightly astringent finish rather than malt sugar. The 40 IBUs integrate seamlessly, creating a harmonious bitter-dry profile without any sharp edges.

◑ Finish

The finish is crisp and quick-drying, with the bitterness fading rapidly into a clean, slightly peppery aftertaste. A faint charcoal note lingers briefly, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
