◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with gentle Malz sweetness establishing the core flavor. The mid-palate reveals subtle bitterness from the traditional German hop selection—more pronounced than typical Helles, yet never harsh or overpowering. The balance tilts toward Malz and drinkability, with the hop bitterness (18 IBU) serving as a counterpoint rather than a defining character.
