◎ Appearance

Deep amber pour beneath a firm, off-white head with solid retention and fine lacing. The beer presents clear to bright clarity, allowing the warm copper tones to shine through. Carbonation is moderate and even, supporting the head structure throughout the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with biscuit and caramel malt character, grounding the beer in its malty tradition. Over this foundation, Cascade-family hops contribute distinct pine resin, dried herb notes, and a subtle orange zest. The interplay avoids sharp brightness, instead offering a rounded, inviting bouquet.

◐ Taste

Entry is full-bodied and malt-forward, with toffee and marmalade notes building sweetness and complexity on the mid-palate. A firm, drying hop bitterness emerges mid-swallow, cutting through the residual sweetness without harshness. The structure balances malty richness against assertive but refined hopping.

◑ Finish

The finish is long and warming, with hop bitterness persisting into a dry, lingering aftertaste. Subtle resinous notes fade gradually, leaving a clean, slightly warming sensation.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
