◎ Appearance

Golden to deep copper in colour, displaying excellent clarity and brilliance throughout the glass. A moderate white head forms with good retention, and low to moderate carbonation produces fine, steady bubbles that allow the beer's depth of colour to shine through without excessive effervescence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with distinctive hop character layered seamlessly over a pronounced caramel-malt foundation. Edible hops announce themselves with clean, grassy notes alongside subtle citrus undertones, while the malt backbone delivers warm, sweet caramel that weaves through without becoming cloying or one-dimensional.

◐ Taste

Medium to high bitterness takes the lead on entry, but moderately low to somewhat strong caramel sweetness from the malt ensures the beer remains full and textured rather than thin or austere. The mid-palate balances hop grip against malty warmth, with both elements holding ground through the swallow and engaging the palate across multiple glasses without fatigue.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with hop bitterness lingering gently into the aftertaste. Residual caramel sweetness remains present but restrained, leaving the mouth refreshed and ready for the next sip—a hallmark of a true session beer.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
